How we handle your data
At Lunchfilibabba, we believe in complete transparency. Here we explain, as simply as possible, which cookies we use, what data we store, and why we do it.
Our Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser when you visit our site. We use them for two purposes:
1. Necessary cookies (cannot be turned off)
These are required for the site to function properly. For example, they remember if you have dismissed an informational banner or when you log in.
2. Analytics and Improvement (your choice)
To build the best possible portal, we use a tool called Microsoft Clarity. If you accept these cookies, you help us understand how the site is used.
- We can see where visitors click to understand which parts are most helpful.
- We can view anonymous navigation recordings to discover if a feature is confusing or broken.
- Important: Microsoft Clarity automatically masks everything you type into forms (such as names, emails, and phone numbers). We cannot see who you are, only how the page works technically.
Collection of Personal Data
When you express interest for your eatery or local business, or when you submit an open application, we ask for certain details.
What we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address and phone number
- Company details (such as organisation number and address)
- Information you choose to write in free-text fields (e.g. in a job application)
Why we collect it: Simply to be able to contact you, set up your partner account, or handle your application. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to control your own data. This means you can at any time:
- Request an excerpt of the data we have stored about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your personal data from our systems (the "right to be forgotten").
- Withdraw your cookie consent (click the cookie icon in the bottom corner of the page).
